Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GTF3C6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GTF3C6 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher GTF3C6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GTF3C6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and PRAD are the cancer types where GTF3C6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
