GTF3C4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GTF3C4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF3C4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CALHM4, SPEM3, and OR12D3. Each is linked with GTF3C4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF3C4-to-partner and partner-to-GTF3C4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CALHM4 grouped by GTF3C4-low versus GTF3C4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF3C4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF3C4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
