GTF3C3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GTF3C3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF3C3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCVRN, MC2R, and MAGEB16. Each is linked with GTF3C3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF3C3-to-partner and partner-to-GTF3C3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCVRN grouped by GTF3C3-low versus GTF3C3-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF3C3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF3C3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
