GTF3C2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF3C2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,293 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF3C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ILF3, CCNF, and RAE1. Each is linked with GTF3C2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF3C2-to-partner and partner-to-GTF3C2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GTF3C2 versus ILF3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF3C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF3C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
