GTF3C2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF3C2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF3C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIG-6, Tuberin_pT1462, and ASNS. Each is linked with GTF3C2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF3C2-to-partner and partner-to-GTF3C2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIG-6 grouped by GTF3C2-low versus GTF3C2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF3C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF3C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
