Across TCGA cell cohorts, GTF3C2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,750 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF3C2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, Promoter clearance during DNA-templated transcription, and RNA polymerase II promoter clearance. Each is linked with GTF3C2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF3C2-to-partner and partner-to-GTF3C2 results are reported.
