GTF3C1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF3C1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,832 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF3C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC3IP, GINS3, and HMMR. Each is linked with GTF3C1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF3C1-to-partner and partner-to-GTF3C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3IP grouped by GTF3C1-low versus GTF3C1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF3C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF3C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
