Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GTF2IRD2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GTF2IRD2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC32A1, IFNG, and C16orf92. Each is linked with GTF2IRD2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2IRD2B-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2IRD2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC32A1 grouped by GTF2IRD2B-low versus GTF2IRD2B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2IRD2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2IRD2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
