GTF2IP13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2IP13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,726 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2IP13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCERG1, MEPCE, and NUP98. Each is linked with GTF2IP13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2IP13-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2IP13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GTF2IP13 versus TCERG1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2IP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2IP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
