GTF2IP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2IP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2IP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1210P, YRDCP3, and MORC1-AS1. Each is linked with GTF2IP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2IP1-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2IP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1210P grouped by GTF2IP1-low versus GTF2IP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2IP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2IP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
