GTF2I

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2I mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2I-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with GTF2I in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2I-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2I results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by GTF2I-low versus GTF2I-high in THYM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2I→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2I) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
