GTF2I

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GTF2I mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 471 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2I-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1, PROP1, and FCN2. Each is linked with GTF2I in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2I-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2I results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACER1 grouped by GTF2I-low versus GTF2I-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2I→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2I) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
