GTF2H1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2H1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,807 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDHP41, NCOA4P1, and BCAR1P2. Each is linked with GTF2H1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2H1-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2H1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDHP41 grouped by GTF2H1-low versus GTF2H1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
