Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GTF2F2P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GTF2F2P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher GTF2F2P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GTF2F2P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and ESCA show a favorable association.
HNSC, ACC, and KIRP are the cancer types where GTF2F2P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
