GTF2F1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GTF2F1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2F1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRIT1, TEX46, and OR1D4. Each is linked with GTF2F1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2F1-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2F1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRIT1 grouped by GTF2F1-low versus GTF2F1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2F1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2F1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
