GTF2E2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2E2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,850 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2E2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNE1, TACC2, and TP53. Each is linked with GTF2E2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2E2-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2E2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2E2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2E2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
