Across TCGA cell cohorts, GTF2E2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,102 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2E2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of regulatory ncRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation, Regulation of regulatory ncRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation, and piRNA-mediated gene silencing by mRNA destabilization. Each is linked with GTF2E2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2E2-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2E2 results are reported.
