Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2E1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,645 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GTF2E1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALYREF, GTF2E2, and RAD51AP1. Each is linked with GTF2E1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2E1-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2E1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GTF2E1 versus ALYREF in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2E1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2E1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
