GTF2E1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2E1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,295 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2E1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4A3, RFC2, and GTF2E2. Each is linked with GTF2E1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2E1-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2E1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GTF2E1 versus EIF4A3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2E1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2E1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
