GTF2E1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2E1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,004 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2E1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1305, MIR5693, and MIR8070. Each is linked with GTF2E1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2E1-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2E1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1305 grouped by GTF2E1-low versus GTF2E1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2E1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2E1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
