GTF2A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6715A, MIR4498, and SNORA25B. Each is linked with GTF2A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2A2-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6715A grouped by GTF2A2-low versus GTF2A2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
