GTF2A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,219 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2A2, MTA1, and UBR7. Each is linked with GTF2A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2A1-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GTF2A1 versus GTF2A2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
