Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,525 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GTF2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP3, ERG28, and DNAAF2. Each is linked with GTF2A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2A1-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GTF2A1 versus FKBP3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
