GTF2A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 236 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-258P, IQCF5, and MIR4695. Each is linked with GTF2A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2A1-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-258P grouped by GTF2A1-low versus GTF2A1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
