Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2A1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1173, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40. Each is linked with GTF2A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2A1-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2A1 results are reported.
