Across TCGA cell cohorts, GTF2A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf185, CXorf51A, and MSGN1. Each is linked with GTF2A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2A1-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2A1 results are reported.
