GTDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,356 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS10P21, ESS2, and CCT5. Each is linked with GTDC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTDC1-to-partner and partner-to-GTDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS10P21 grouped by GTDC1-low versus GTDC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
