GSX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,627 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-26P, YTHDF3-AS1, and IGHV1OR15-6. Each is linked with GSX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSX1-to-partner and partner-to-GSX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-26P grouped by GSX1-low versus GSX1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
