GSX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMIGD3, PRAMEF10, and LORICRIN. Each is linked with GSX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSX1-to-partner and partner-to-GSX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMIGD3 grouped by GSX1-low versus GSX1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
