GSTZ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTZ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,467 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5PFP1, MTCYBP8, and KRTAP2-5P. Each is linked with GSTZ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTZ1-to-partner and partner-to-GSTZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5PFP1 grouped by GSTZ1-low versus GSTZ1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
