Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GSTT2B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GSTT2B data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher GSTT2B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GSTT2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, BLCA, and ESCA are the cancer types where GSTT2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
