GSTT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,799 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTT2B, DDTL, and TUBG2. Each is linked with GSTT2 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTT2-to-partner and partner-to-GSTT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSTT2 versus GSTT2B in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
