Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSTT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5orf52. Each is linked with GSTT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTT2-to-partner and partner-to-GSTT2 results are reported.
