GSTT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSTT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 246 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED12, BCL7B, and CIZ1. Each is linked with GSTT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTT1-to-partner and partner-to-GSTT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSTT1 versus MED12 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of -0.99.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
