Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1241P, RN7SKP286, and RN7SL332P. Each is linked with GSTP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTP1-to-partner and partner-to-GSTP1 results are reported.
