GSTP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSTP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,427 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MDM2, NUDT8, and GSR. Each is linked with GSTP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTP1-to-partner and partner-to-GSTP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSTP1 versus MDM2 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
