GSTO2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,639 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHKB, LONP2, and LIN7B. Each is linked with GSTO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTO2-to-partner and partner-to-GSTO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSTO2 versus PHKB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
