GSTO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSTO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCER1 and RBMY1B. Each is linked with GSTO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTO2-to-partner and partner-to-GSTO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCER1 grouped by GSTO2-low versus GSTO2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
