GSTO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 119 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4516, RNU6-4P, and MIR3675. Each is linked with GSTO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTO1-to-partner and partner-to-GSTO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4516 grouped by GSTO1-low versus GSTO1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
