Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSTO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,361 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of striated muscle contraction, Regulation of skeletal muscle contraction by regulation of release of sequestered calcium ion, and Late viral transcription. Each is linked with GSTO1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTO1-to-partner and partner-to-GSTO1 results are reported.
