GSTM5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,721 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTM5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RARRES2, TNS1, and TNS2. Each is linked with GSTM5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTM5-to-partner and partner-to-GSTM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSTM5 versus RARRES2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
