Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTM5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,260 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GSTM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADH1B, CPED1, and FHL5. Each is linked with GSTM5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTM5-to-partner and partner-to-GSTM5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSTM5 versus ADH1B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
