GSTM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,568 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTM3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GSTM2, GSTM3_S122, and MLKL. Each is linked with GSTM3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTM3-to-partner and partner-to-GSTM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSTM3 versus GSTM2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
