Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,853 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GSTM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNGR1, GSTM4, and AMIGO1. Each is linked with GSTM3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTM3-to-partner and partner-to-GSTM3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSTM3 versus SYNGR1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
