GSTM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 451 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPNT2P, RNA5SP452, and RNU2-55P. Each is linked with GSTM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTM3-to-partner and partner-to-GSTM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPNT2P grouped by GSTM3-low versus GSTM3-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
