GSTCD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTCD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,620 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAR1, INTS12, and CENPH. Each is linked with GSTCD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTCD-to-partner and partner-to-GSTCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSTCD versus GAR1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
