GSTCD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTCD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,928 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP19, MIR4774, and MYL12BP1. Each is linked with GSTCD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTCD-to-partner and partner-to-GSTCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP19 grouped by GSTCD-low versus GSTCD-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
