Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSTCD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC54, OR52A1, and H2AC7. Each is linked with GSTCD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTCD-to-partner and partner-to-GSTCD results are reported.
