GSS

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSS-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, JNK_pT183_Y185, and JNK2. Each is linked with GSS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSS-to-partner and partner-to-GSS results are reported.
