GSR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,771 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSR-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUX4L46, MIR4314, and MIR3171. Each is linked with GSR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSR-to-partner and partner-to-GSR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUX4L46 grouped by GSR-low versus GSR-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
